If you are logged in and only see upgrade options it is because you are trying to access features that are not part of the paid plans. In order to access the free suggestion box follow the steps below:
1) Login to www.freesuggestionbox.com with your username and password.
2) Locate the URL or link of the box that you created. This was originally sent in an email at the time you created your first box. It is also the link that you shared with others to solicit suggestions.
3) Copy that link and paste it into the page that is logged into freesuggestionbox.com to view your free box and all of the suggestions received.
