Note: You must be an administrator to make a paid time off request on behalf of another employee
To make a request on behalf of another employee follow these steps:
- From the Home page click the My Requests app tile from the My Apps section
- Click the Submit New Request button
- If you are an administrator you will see a section at the top of the page asking you who this request is on behalf of, select the employee this request is for
- Provide all other request details such as type of time and dates
- Click the Submit Request button
