Note: You must be an administrator to make a paid time off request on behalf of another employee


To make a request on behalf of another employee follow these steps:


  1. From the Home page click the My Requests app tile from the My Apps section
  2. Click the Submit New Request button
  3. If you are an administrator you will see a section at the top of the page asking you who this request is on behalf of, select the employee this request is for
  4. Provide all other request details such as type of time and dates
  5. Click the Submit Request button
