Under certain circumstances when a users account has been changed the user is not able to login. If you are receiving an error message please follow the steps below to resolve the issue.



1) On your computer, open Chrome.

2) At the top right, click More More and thenSettings.

3) Under 'Privacy and security', click Cookies and other site data.

4) Click See all cookies and site data.

5) At the top right, enter app.centreli.com in the search cookies field.

6) Click the Remove All Shown button.
