Note: You must be an administrator to set this option.


You can specify an amount of work hours per employee that is different from the global account setting. To edit your global account setting see Changing the Amount of Work Hours In a Day.


New Employee


  1. From the Home page click the Employees app.
  2. Click the Create New Employee button
  3. Provide the amount of hours in the Hours In a Day field along with all other required employee information
  4. Click Create Employee

Existing Employee


  1. From the Home page click the Employees app.
  2. Edit the employee that you want to setup hours for.
  3. Provide the amount of hours in the Hours In a Day field.
  4. Click Save
